As unique as the land that inspired it, ‘Midnight Sun’ is a layered and elegant non-alcoholic aperitif combining wild coastal berries, fresh kelp and pine flavours. Taking inspiration from the wild Nordic regions where daylight ventures through the night, this bottled phenomenon combines hand-picked seaberries and elderberries with the creative use of kelp and pine to give a new perspective on complex flavour combinations.
