Vino Zero – Sales & Returns Policy

At Vino Zero, we want every order to arrive safely and every customer to feel confident ordering from us. If something isn’t right, we will always do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.

Orders

All orders placed through the Vino Zero website are subject to product availability and acceptance.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Your order is considered accepted once it has been processed and dispatched.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care packing our wines, but occasionally items may be damaged during delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: hello@vinozero.co.uk

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the damaged items and packaging where possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless they are faulty.

If you wish to return an unopened item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unopened, in their original condition, and returned in appropriate packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.

Taste Preference

Wine taste is personal, and unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if a wine simply isn’t to your taste.
