Winter Pear Dream is a seasonal creation from acclaimed German producer Jörg Geiger, celebrating the extraordinary character of traditional pear varieties grown in the meadow orchards of Swabia.

Made with 98% pear juice from carefully selected heritage varieties, including Gelbmöstler, Nägelesbirne and Schweizer Wasserbirne, this distinctive aperitif captures the natural richness and complexity of orchard fruit.

Delicate bubbles lift fragrant aromas of ripe golden pear, soft vanilla and subtle winter spice, while gentle tannins and the natural character of the fruit provide a beautifully rounded drinking experience.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale golden yellow with delicate, fine bubbles.

Aroma: Fragrant ripe pear, complemented by soft vanilla, gentle herbal notes, a hint of fresh wood and warming winter spices.

Palate: Generous flavours of juicy, ripe pear, with a naturally rounded sweetness and subtle tannic grip from traditional pear varieties. Delicate spice and a fine sparkle bring balance and elegance to the finish.

Food Pairing
