Uniquely produced through a double fermentation technique which ensures that flavour derives solely from grapes, terroir and winemaking . Absolutely no added flavourings, colours or sugar. 

Fine bubbles release an expressive bouquet of white strawberry, red berries, blackcurrant, violet, and a hint of fresh herbs. Dry, fresh flavours with a rich finish that is well-balanced with a touch of minerality. Crafted by winemaker Roberto Vanin.
