BOLLE Chardonnay Reserve begins with AOP Burgundy Chardonnay, sourced from one of the world’s most respected wine regions. After fermentation, the wine is gently dealcoholised and then refermented with fresh Chardonnay juice from the same region using BOLLE’s distinctive process designed to rebuild texture, depth, and complexity naturally.

In the glass, the wine shows a pale gold hue with lifted aromas of green apple, lemon and lime, layered with acacia blossom, subtle hazelnut and delicate spice. The palate is precise and mineral, driven by crisp acidity and a gentle roundness that leads to a clean, focused finish.

True to the gastronomic spirit of Burgundy Chardonnay, this is a wine built for the table. Its freshness and structure make it particularly well suited to seafood, roast chicken, creamy risotto, or delicate vegetable dishes.
