Produced by Katja & Patrick at their acclaimed Heribert Bayer winery in Burgenland Austria, the wine begins as a carefully made Grüner Veltliner before undergoing gentle vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. This meticulous process preserves the varietal’s natural freshness, aromatic complexity, and structure.

On the nose, expect crisp orchard fruit, citrus peel and delicate white pepper spice, supported by subtle floral notes. The palate is bright, dry and mineral, with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish that reflects the classic Austrian style.
