Hand harvested from select vineyard plots, partially matured in French oak for a luxurious layer of complexity, each of these wines present the perfect balance of fruit and light spice with undertones of vanilla - each expressing their varietal characteristics in true French form, with respect to their historic Loire Valley terroir. Dealcoholized with the most innovative technology, to perfectly preserve their fine wine character while gently liberating each from alcohol. These wines make a bold statement in winemaking, like only the French can.
