Beginning with a blend of two wines - Airen Blanco and Tempranillo - from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain, this wine is gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology before being blended with a handful of natural ingredients and held in tank under pressure for a minimum of 24 hours to create their wonderful effervescence.

Redcurrant, lingonberries, juicy wild strawberry, with a subtle mineral chalk finish. Harmoniously balanced fruit & acidity, with a pleasant and persistent mousse. What more could you need for a mid-week indulgence?!

Pairs perfectly with hard & soft cheeses or red fruit desserts.
